It is hard to believe that only 6 months ago Maggie had a hard time carrying her backpack to school. She was in a pretty bad car accident that left her with severe whiplash.
Maggie did about 10 months of physiotherapy which helped reduce pain and inflammation but she was ready to get back to the activities and fitness level she was at prior to her injury.
She started a personal training program twice a week. In her session's worked on mobility and strength with a structured strength training program.
Not only did Maggie see a full recovery but the program has also improved her self-confidence and her family and friends noticed she looks stronger, fit and healthier.
