The landline shoulder press is perfect for those with shoulder mobility issues. If you have trouble completing shoulder press exercises straight overhead, this is a great alternative to build strength and improve shoulder mobility.

The key's to this exercise:

🔑Feet should be about shoulder width apart
🔑Knee's can be slightly bent throughout the movement
🔑Start with the bar on your shoulder
🔑Exhale sharply as you press upwards
🔑Inhale as you slowly lower the bar back down to the shoulder
🔑Complete 8-12 more times and switch sides
