When Kyle asked me to come up with a healthy family recipe for the magazine I decided I wanted  a family meal that fed easily 4-6 people but was super quick to make.

I also wanted to keep the list of ingredients needed to a minimum but still wanting flavour in the dish.

The Quick and Easy Chicken Curry recipe is the end result. Not only can you make this meal for your family in under 30 minutes you can easily cut that time down if you buy a  deli cooked whole chicken instead of cooking up the chicken breasts yourself.

There really is no excuse why you cannot cook a homemade delicious meal for the family even with after school activities and working parents.
