Leslie McKernon is one of the most inspirational trainers that I have ever met. Her ability to motivate clients to exceed their expectations is nothing short of amazing. She has been the cornerstone in the success of Vagus Fitness. She has no idea that I am posting this old video about mothers that exercise, but it is great to see how far we have come.
