Throwback Thursday: Kids Classes 2012
Happy Thursday! I hope you enjoy this throwback video of one of our kids classes.
We love training kids and instilling the good values of exercise. Most of all, making it fun and exciting for them so they will be more likely to pursue active life styles in the future.
In our kids programs we like to teach three main things:
1) proper movements - in particular the squat (air squat).
2) What are proteins, carbs and fats.
3) Fun Games and challenges to encourage proper movement!
