Ok! This video is a bit embarrassing due to the cheesy filming and the fact that Adam and I sound like we are robots, but I thought I would share this throw back video with you! Since this video in 2010, and the help of Leslie, Jeff and Pamela, we have completely changed how we prescribe our core exercises.

Learn From Your Mistakes

This video was created when we were fairly new at creating exercise programs. At this time we thought that the more intense and hardcore the exercise the better it was for people. Over a 1000 clients and a few mistakes later, we realized that this could not be further from the truth. 

YOU DO NOT NEED COMPLICATED EXERCISES TO STRENGTHEN YOUR CORE!

We now mainly prescribe planks and anti-rotational exercises coupled with functional movements like squats and dead lifts in order to increase a persons core strength and stability.
