What were you nervous about when you first came to Vagus?
I have never done weight training before, so I was nervous about my abilities & feeling intimidated by what the program might entail.
What do you think now?
Joining Vagus has been one of the most rewarding & positive things I have done for myself! I find Vagus Fitness to be a very comfortable & welcoming facility. The trainers are friendly, professional & knowledgeable. They have always been approachable whenever I have had any questions or concerns about my training & progress.
What are your biggest accomplishments since joining?
I'm most proud of starting a weight training program and sticking to it! I can now deadlift 160 lbs (I didn't even know what a deadlift was before), understand my nutrition, and feel much, much stronger.
What activities can you do now that you couldn't before?
I can lift my grandsons and run after them all day without feeling sore & tired afterwards - keeping up to them is my biggest motivator to stay strong & healthy! Really, everything in my day-to-day life has become easier from lifting groceries, hiking hills to even running pain free!
Would you recommend Vagus Fitness to friends and family?
In a heart beat!
