How I Lost 3 Inches!

Q: Astrid, you started with us 2 months ago, what have you accomplished so far?
A: I have lost 3 inches from my waste! My family and friends have noticed that I have lost inches and have been commenting on it! It feels great to have others notice too.
Q: Congratulations! What activities can you do now (or feel stronger at) that you couldn't before training with Vagus?
A: I feel more athletic to be honest! I'm not an 'A' there at all, but I just feel more physically capable.
Q: What do you think the biggest factors for your success are?
A: I am dedicated and I really want to get back in shape, but I need to work with a trainer who understands, a) how to motivate me, b) how to push me, and c) how my body works and all my physical nuances. My trainer Mike hits all of those!
Q: What were you nervous about when you first started with us?
A: Because I had surgery 4 months ago, I was really nervous about starting to exercise again and I was also really nervous that I would not be able to regain my strength from pre-surgery, which I am slowly doing!
Q: Ok, last question. Are you happy with your experience at Vagus Fitness?
A: I am so thrilled. It's a little far for me to get there, and I was initially contemplating going somewhere closer, but I am so happy with the program and the training and most importantly, the results!
